Ladie's Breakfast every Sunday morning starting this Sunday at French Meadow on 26th and Lyndale at 11:00am. All women invited for good conversation and food.

Loaves & Fishes is coming up really soon! We will be preparing and serving a meal for over 200 homeless/working poor on Tuesday, July 27th at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Minneapolis. In May we provided 220 people with a hot nutritious meal. In addition to meeting an immediate basic need for families/individuals, we have the chance to share life with people, if only for a short period of time. It is surely a blessing to us, and hopefully to those we serve. There are a few ways to participate: Purchase food for the meal (or give $ for us to purchase food). All food needs to be dropped off in the downstairs kitchen at Solomon‘s Porch by Monday, July 26th. Volunteer your time on Tuesday, July 27th: Food prep 2:45-4:45 Serving/clean-up 4:45-6:45. Just check the box next to the food item(s) you can bring and/or time you can serve. Thank you all for making this happen! Feel free to call or email with any questions. Wanted: Stories From Our Community -

Each Sunday, we study great Bible stories recounting God’s interactions with his people. God continues to interact with his people today and we are looking for you to share stories about what God has done and/or continues to do in your life. It may be a story from your life, a special event that you would like to share or a passion that you feel God has put on your heart. If it is 5, 10 or 20 minutes, we would love to hear about how God is interacting with the people from the Solomon’s Porch community. There will be different ways to share, including at times during our summer gatherings and beyond…please contact Bob Karau at bobk@solomonsporch.com or call 612-371-2408.

Amuse Bouche Reprise -"Amuse bouche" can be translated as tiny bites or bits of delight! Meets the 4th Wednesday of every month. Next meeting, Wednesday, July 28th from 12-1pm at D'Amico and Sons on Nicollet Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. If you work downtown or just want to stop downtown once a month for an easy-going noon break, please contact Bob Karau at bobk@solomonsporch.com

Music Collaboration - 1st Monday of every month at 7pm at the Porch. Next one Monday, August 2nd. Everyone is welcome. Contact Ben Johnson at ben@solomonsporch.com for more info.

Children's Volunteers Needed ! Are you looking for a fun way to become more involved in Solomon's Porch? In an effort to connect children to the greater community and help form meaningful relationships, we provide several opportunities for older teens/adults to work with children during the gathering. Each position is only once a month for about thirty minutes. No experience is necessary and training is provided. Please feel free to contact Colleen Shealer Olson at colleen@solomonsporch.com with questions or to volunteer. * We only need 1 Preschool Teacher!

Life Development Forums are opportunities for the people of Solomon's Porch to share skills, knowledge, and interests with the rest of our community. If you have anything from a 6 week class to a one-off seminar that you'd like to share with the community, or if you have any other questions about Life Development Forums, talk to John Reed or email - him at john@solomonsporch.com.
